Part of the appeal of Noble is the ability to play with powerful cards and effects that are not available in other formats. As such, it is important to the format rules committee to maintain a fair, balanced - but most importantly, short - ban list. All cards that are on the banned list were placed there with utmost intent and purpose, because they proved to be too powerful in a tournament setting compared to the rest of the format.
